| NO CHEATING |
| We want to play the games by the rules and that means no stat padding to rank up or exploiting a glitch in the game. If you are found to be cheating you may be removed from the clan. |
| NO TRASH TALKING |
| Friendly banter is encouraged but keep it clean and keep it friendly. There is no place for hate in the SYN. |
| RESPECT OTHERS |
| Be respectful of your clan members and other players at all time. Even if the other players are not respectful do not stoop to their level. Remember you are representing the SYN. |
| NO ONE MEMBER IS BIGGER THAN THE FAMILY |
| We all have egos and they will collide at times but at the end of the day it's all about the Family. |
| SUPPORT YOUR TEAM, HAVE FUN, AND PLAY TO WIN |
| Be prepared to make sacrifices during game play for the good of the family. You may be asked to do the dirty work and not get the credit (points) for it. We all work together and eventually everyone is rewarded. |
| COMMUNICATE CLEARLY & OFTEN |
| During gameplay coordination is critical and the only way to achieve it is with communication. Not just mindless chatter, but with clear meaning and purpose. Enemy locations, requests for support and changes to team strategy should all be relayed and confirmed by all. If there is coordination, victory will take care of itself. |
| DIVERSIFY |
| It is most helpful to the family if all players are well rounded and excel in multiple games. Being an expert in one facet of a game is great but make sure you are competent in all parts of the game so when called upon you will be able to perform well in battle no matter the situation. |
